STOUT! STOUT! STOUT! This stout will not disappoint The only recommendation i can make is, drink this with desert or by its self, it is pretty sweet and would not really pair well with anything but desert.

Breckenridge Brewery. Vanilla Porter
Wow this beer is good, that's all I really need to say. Its the first beer me and J have tried since we got back from the US and frankly it single handed'ly made the beer run worth it without us even trying any others. This is a Gem so don't hold back if you ever spot it on a shelf.
Dieu Du Ciel. German style Red Ale
Dieu Du Ciel has to be one of our favorite brewery's, their beers are fantastic. The flavor is strong but well balanced. If your into red ales, there's no doubt that you will enjoy this beer, and if your in to funky art then this brewery will fulfill both those needs with the weirdest artwork i have ever seen on bottles.
A Question i wonder is why wont the LCBO stock more of this brewery's beers across the shelf? Who knows but until then a beer run to Montreal will suffice, and if your planning one make sure you hit up the micro brew pub, its a sure way to try beers you may not even find on shelves. I would give you the address but you would probably just Google it anyways.

Triple Karmeliet (Belgian Style)
The only thing I regret about this beer is buying only one bottle. We poured this lonely bottle into three wide mouthed glasses. The beer was awesome! Taking the safe route and buying one bottle of this beer only ended in further disappointment, when I returned to the liquor store to find them sold out!
Great Divide. Wild Raspberry ALE
The Great Divide Raspberry Ale not the best but it was so so. The alcohol seemed to overpower the flavors and removed the fun from this brew. Don't confuse this for a bashing, we have grown high expectations, a trip to Quebec "fruit beer Central" will do that to you.

Samuel Smith. Oatmeal Stout
Samuel Smith brewery makes an awesome oatmeal stout. This is one of the first stouts I tried when first getting into beer and it still stands to be one of my favorites. It shows up in lcbo in the fall but for a very short time. Make sure you grab a couple while you can.

Renaissance. Craftsman
We will pass on the cake, and have a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout for Dessert. It is as good as it sounds. New Zealand is not exactly the place i would think of when looking for an awesome beer, but this one surprised us.
Les Feres Houblon. Cranberry Blueberry Triple

ST-AMBROISE. The Great Pumpkin Ale
One of the top three pumpkin ales on our list. To put simply, it's really good and if you're into pumpkin ales you have to try this one out. Available only for a limited time so hurry and grab some before this seasonal beer is gone.

And away we go...
We finally sat down and created the blog. Sit down and read our musings on beer we've tried, or don't, whatever. It's a free country.
