Wellington. Imperial Russian Stout

If we said that this beer creamy, smooth, light and easy to drink, we would be straight up lying.  Rarely would you ever think of getting kicked in the face as a good thing, but on this particular cold rainy past Sunday this beer kicked us in the face, and we enjoyed it.

Samuel Smith. Oatmeal Stout

Samuel Smith brewery makes an awesome oatmeal stout.  This is one of the first stouts I tried when first getting into beer and it still stands to be one of my favorites.  It shows up in lcbo in the fall but for a very short time.  Make sure you grab a couple while you can.

Renaissance. Craftsman

We will pass on the cake, and have a Chocolate Oatmeal Stout for Dessert.  It is as good as it sounds.  New Zealand is not exactly the place i would think of when looking for an awesome beer, but this one surprised us.

Les Feres Houblon. Cranberry Blueberry Triple

Cranberry Blue Berry Triple.  One thing we realized while in Quebec is that they love their fruit beers, an to be honest we do to!  This beer had a really refreshing taste, its a strong beer but smooth enough to convince you other wise.  We recommend you try it.
